I've been to Starbucks all over the country, this is THE BEST location- hands down. They are incredibly busy at all times, yet they manage to know their customers names and drinks and do a stellar job! Heather- the store manager is fantastic - clearly leads her team by example & makes sure every customer feels valued for their patronage. My mother used to go daily- before ALS took her ability to drive (and speak). This location STILL knows her drink , writes a sweet note to her. They are seriously amazing 👏 👏👏

I haven't been to Starbucks in over 2 months bc last time I went they messed up my order. They couldn't get 2 drinks right. Well, I am officially done with them. I am so sick of the lack of good customer service. I didn't get a hello, goodbye, have a great day or anything after I walked in to get my drink I ordered on the app. While 2 baristas where looking right at me. But, they expect a tip. Nope, not happening. Am i being petty? Probably. People want a tip for everything now for the bare minimum. Not happening until these places start making their staff do their jobs better and without crappy attitudes. Won't be back. I stopped eating out bc of the same crap. So, now coffee only at home, cheaper anyways.

Came here for a cup of ice this morning and they said you need to make a purchase of something else for a cup of ice. I find this disappointing and the taco bell next door has no issue giving out free cups of ice with no purchase. If your company is so desperate they cant give out a cup, I wont be supporting them in the future. Scooters ride or die and the coffee is more consistent there and sweeter! Switched to scooters this year and havent gone back to Starbucks.

The last several times I ordered from this location has been disappointing. I order an ice chai latte with oatmilk topped with the brown sugar protien cold foam. One time they clearly didn't clean the container they used to mix it because it tasted like strawberries. Then the last to times it tasted like chai flavor oatmilk instead of a chai with oatmilk. If I wanted a cup of oatmilk I would go to the store and bought oatmilk.

I do not often get starbucks tbh the drink itself tasted exactly like every other pink drink but i asked for light ice and this is like half the cup filled with ice. For the prices this company charges, they should be more honest with customers. The cashier taking my order and helping me was great though.
